Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with Softbuy.com is easy. There's no need to create an account at first. You can automatically do it when you place your first order online. (We could not accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.)

Here are the steps you need to follow when placing an order: 

   1. Find the Items You Want
   2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
   3. Proceed to Checkout
   4. Provide Payment Information and a Password
   5. Review and Submit Your Order
   6. Check Your Order Status

Note: When you finishing purchasing, the system will automaticlly create an account with the help of your email adress, and send it to your mailbox.

Changing Your Password

When changing a password is needed, you should first login by using the oringinal email account and password, then click Change Passwod link.

Reviewing & Changing Your Orders

You can review the details and status of any orders you have placed via Your Account, and make changes to orders those have not been charged yet.

Order History

In order to view your order history online, you must login your account. Once logged in, click ‘Profile’ link. Your orders will be listed by order number and date with the chronological order.
